Hemm tlett sinjal differenti għal ĦAL FAR. L-ewwel sinjal isir biż-żewġ idejn forma ta’ H mimduda u bil-pala tħares ’il ġewwa. L-idejn iduru bi skoss ’il quddiem u jinbidlu fil-forma ta’ 1 waqt li l-pala tiġi tħares ’l isfel.

It-tieni sinjal jixbaħ l-ewwel wieħed. Id-differenza hi li kif iddur l-id tinbidel fil-forma ta’ 5 bil-pala ukoll tħares ’l isfel.

It-tielet sinjal isir biż-żewġ idejn li jieħdu l-forma ta’ 5 magħluq, bil-pala tħares ’l isfel. L-idejn jiżżerżqu’l quddiem u lura - id waħda tersaq ’il quddiem waqt li l-oħra tersaq lura. Dan isir darbtejn jew iktar. Il-moviment huwa ftit mgħaġġel.

Varjant tat-tielet sinjal isir bil-forma ta’ 1 flok ta’ 5.

There are three different signs for ĦAL FAR. The first sign is made with both hands in the shape of H lying horizontally with palms facing inwards. The hands then turn suddently forward and change into the shape of 1 with the palm facing downwards.

The second sign resembles the first one. The difference is that as the hands turn the hands change to the shape of 5 with the palms also facing downwards.

The third sign is made with both hand in the shape of closed 5, with palms facing downwards. The hands slide forward alternately, in a slightly fast movement twice or more.

A variant of the third sign is made with a 1 instead of a 5 handshape.
